Robyn is the face behind CARA and in her role is responsible for all operational matters in CARA. She has a strong commitment to ensuring the smooth running of day to day operations while actively promoting the organisation within the community.
Over the years Robyn has worked with hundreds of young women and remains very passionate about the quality of care and programs provided by CARA. It is this passion along with a dedicated staff team that has led to the development and implementation of the outreach, lead tenant and young mum’s programs resulting in CARA winning the “Out of Home Care” category for the 2008 Victorian Children Communities Awards.

Robyn commenced her employment at CARA in August 1988 as a Youth Worker and after returning to studies and completing a Diploma in Welfare Management, Robyn was promoted to the position of CEO in 1996.
